Back At Full Force

By Robert Lehman | June 16, 2020 |

As Georgia enters its next stage of reopening, Padgett Services is back to full force too. While our office remains closed to visitors, all employees have returned. We have sufficient space to practice safe social distancing in our office, and are still conducting meetings via teleconference.

As our customers reopen their offices, we are ready and able to support you. Some have requested higher efficiency filters, others have asked about proactive air cleaning options. Whatever your needs may be, please reach out to us so we may be of assistance.

Support for Businesses Reopening

By Robert Lehman | April 30, 2020 |

While your business may be preparing to reopen as early as May 1st, Padgett would like to ease your mind when returning to your facility. First and foremost, the health and safety of all occupants is our top priority.

Padgett is here to help when it comes to the Circulation, Filtration, Purification and Sanitation of your HVAC System(s). While your HVAC system likely has MERV-8 filters in it, several of our customers have asked to be upgraded to a MERV-13 filter for their current filter change. The advanced, dual-component synthetic air media immediately traps contaminants, and promotes high filtration during entire life-cycle. We also recommend cleaning of evaporator coils.

Recently becoming more common, UV-C (ultraviolet light) can irradiate coils and kill airborne microbes to create a more energy-efficient system. Benefits consist of unlimited lamp configurations, easy to maintain, highest reduction of infectious microbes, destroys coil/drain pan mold and bacteria, designed for extreme environments, etc. The benefits are endless when it comes to UV-C installations!

Another option we offer is Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization. The proven technology delivers clean indoor air that is safe and healthy. It reduces airborne particles (i.e. dust, pet dander, pollen) through agglomeration. The NPBI technology also attacks and kills viruses, mold spores and bacteria, all while saving energy, by allowing buildings to significantly reduce the amount of outdoor air required to operate.

Please reach out to Misty Blair at mblair@padgettservices.com if you would like to discuss and/or schedule an evaluation of your facility to determine the best course of action.

Georgia’s Shelter-In-Place Order

By Robert Lehman | April 3, 2020 |

Gov. Kemp’s shelter-in-place order goes into effect Friday 4/3 at 6:00 PM and currently lasts through Monday 4/13.  My understanding is that the order refers to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s list of “critical infrastructure” businesses as essential services and exempts them from this order.  The services Padgett Services provide fall under this umbrella, and as such, we remain open to service Georgia’s critical infrastructure.  We are doing everything possible to run our business remotely and abide by the social distancing” guidelines.  As such, while our business is running, its running a little differently.  If you ever have difficulty reaching our 24/7 service line (678) 880-1650, call me on my cell (770) 714-9600.
